To ensure the best possible protection of customer rights when experiencing CHULA’s services, we offer a co-inspection policy that allows customers to check and verify the product with the delivery personnel upon receipt of the package.

This means that when you receive a parcel/box from our delivery staff, you are allowed to open it to visually inspect the product before making payment or accepting the delivery.

After receiving the item, we recommend that you record a video while unboxing and notify us immediately of any issues. CHULA will promptly take action to exchange or correct the issue for the customer.

CHULA also offers flexible assistance in the following unexpected situations on the customer's side:

• Incorrect delivery address
• Request to reschedule the delivery
  

For force majeure events such as natural disasters, traffic accidents, etc., CHULA will always strive to support and protect customer rights.
