All shipping is Delivery Duties Paid.

You will pay no taxes, duties, tariffs or VAT.

If you wish to place an order from a country not on the list, please contact us via the chatbot! Our team can most definitely accomdate.

We plan to add Africa and South America by January 2026.

Order Processing & Tracking

Please allow up to 3-4 working days for your order to be processed and shipped with the tracking link emailed to you.

SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic Shipping (Vietnam): Free of charge.

International Shipping: $10-$20 flat rate to be charged at checkout. Rate depends on country.

Free shipping: Available for all orders over $300 USD.

In-store pickup is available free of charge during our regular store's opening hours.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or courier issues. However we may re-process your order in the case of lost or damaged goods during transit.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses and are not obliged to issue refunds in such cases. Changes to address can be made only if products have not yet been shipped.

Customs and Import Duties

We will cover all customs fees and import duties for international shipments. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
