WARRANTY POLICY
1. Warranty Conditions:
The product will be repaired free of charge if it meets all of the following conditions:
a. The product is still within the warranty period (calculated from the date the customer receives the product).
b. The customer provides the original sales invoice from CHULA Co., Ltd, the warranty card, and the warranty seal as required.
Warranty Service Location:
✓ CHULA will receive products for warranty from customers: Customers should report any warranty issues (if possible) to CHULA's system. We will take responsibility for inspecting, repairing, or replacing the product. Once the product has been serviced, CHULA will notify the customer either via the website https://chulafashion.com/ or through previously agreed-upon communication channels.
2. Cases Not Covered by Warranty:
✓ The product is no longer within the warranty period.
✓ The warranty card is missing required customer information, or the product details do not match those on the warranty card.
✓ The sales invoice is missing or illegible, making product details unverifiable.
✓ The warranty card or warranty seal is lost; the warranty seal has been tampered with, layered over, or altered in any way (including the original seal).
