Across the neckline of this tunic, a mosaic of small squares is hand-stamped in dozens of geometric patterns, each square a different color and each design pressed by a different wooden block. Yellow running-stitch embroidery frames the composition, tying every square into one panel. Stamped, embroidered, and finished by hand at the Hanoi atelier.
Care
We recommend a cold, delicate cycle, preferably in a mesh laundry bag, with a mild detergent. Reshape gently and allow to air dry naturally.

The story
MOSAIC NECKLACE
A mosaic gathered at the throat. Dozens of small squares are hand-stamped onto the fabric, each one carrying its own geometric pattern: triangles, waves, chevrons, diamonds, fans, stepped lines. No two squares are alike. Each is drawn from the wider vocabulary of Vietnamese and Southeast Asian textile geometry, arranged here in bright color against the fabric beneath. The composition holds together through a single yellow line, running-stitch embroidery drawn by hand around the whole panel like a thread pulling every fragment into place. Each square is pressed with its own wooden block, inked and stamped in sequence, then framed with fine stitches that hold the whole mosaic in. Cut from Dui in a loose tunic silhouette, the piece falls softly from the shoulders and moves with the wearer through the day. All its color and craft gather at the neckline, where an ornament would sit.
