c) Total contract value and details related to the selected payment method.

This information can be stored and printed on the customer’s information system and remains accessible for future reference.

Information is also provided to the customer regarding how to respond to the offer for contract agreement and the response deadline, via contact and confirmation through the hotline.

Customers are allowed, after reviewing the above information, to choose either to cancel the transaction or to confirm the offer to enter into a contract through the website or the hotline.

2. Information on General Transaction Terms

CHULA provides a mechanism for customers to read and separately express their agreement to the general transaction terms before submitting a proposal for a payment contract.

The general transaction terms include:

  • Return policy, including return period, methods of return or exchange, refund process, and costs associated with returns (publicly disclosed on the website);
  • Service standards, service provision procedures, pricing tables, and other terms related to service provision, including any conditions and restrictions (if any) (publicly disclosed on the website);
  • Seller’s and customer’s obligations in each transaction (publicly disclosed on the website);

CHULA has published all applicable payment methods for goods so customers can understand and select the appropriate method in the Payment Policy section.

CHULA has established a mechanism for customers using the online payment function to review and confirm transaction details before proceeding with payment.

CHULA ensures the safety and confidentiality of customer payment transactions, and will handle complaints and compensate for damages in cases where customer payment information on the website is altered, deleted, destroyed, copied, disclosed, transferred without authorization, or stolen, causing damage to the customer.
