Sign in with the email you ordered with. We send a six-digit code — there is no password to remember. Your orders, their status and their tracking sit behind it.
Shipping
Free on orders over $300, and free anywhere in Vietnam.
Everywhere else is a flat $10 to $20, shown at checkout before you pay.
When it arrives
Your order is prepared in three to four working days. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships.

Duties and taxes
Every order ships Delivery Duties Paid. You will never be charged taxes, duties or VAT when your parcel arrives — the figure you agree to at checkout is the whole of it.
Returns and exchanges
Fourteen days from the day your order arrives. Pieces come back unworn and with their tags on.
