Shipping Availability

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Please note that we do not ship to the following countries due to current restrictions:

  • Afghanistan
  • Central African Republic
  • Eritrea
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Lebanon
  • Libya
  • Sudan
  • Yemen
  • Palestine

If you wish to place an order to one of these locations, please contact us directly. We will do our best to explore alternative delivery options where possible.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped using PCS (Please confirm this is correct. If not, we will update this section accordingly).

Order Processing Time

Each garment is made to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed after payment is completed.

Delivery Timeframes

International Shipping: Up to 14 working days, depending on the destination country.
Domestic Shipping: 3 working days.

Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping: Free of charge.
International Shipping: $35 flat rate to be charged in checkout.
Free shipping: available for all orders over $500 USD.

In-store pickup is available free of charge during our regular store's opening hours.

Tracking

Currently we do not offer package tracking services. If you would like an update on your order, please email us at sales@chulafashion.com or through our chatting system.

shipping issues

We are not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or courier issues. However we may re-process your order in the case of lost or damaged goods during transit.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses and are not obliged to issue refunds in such cases. Changes to address can be made only if products have not yet been shipped.

Customs and Import Duties

We will cover all customs fees and import duties for international shipments. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
