A piece can come back within fourteen days of arriving. Here is how, and what we need from you.
Tell us
Write to client servicesWrite to client services within fourteen days of your order arriving. Give us your order number and say which piece is going back, and why.
Send it back
The piece travels back unworn and unwashed, with its tags still attached, in the packing it arrived in.
Your refund
Once it is back in Hanoi and checked, your refund goes to the card you paid with.

Before you send it back
A piece that is close but not quite is often an alteration, not a return. Tell us what is wrong and we will say honestly which of the two it is.
