Often used for cushions in cozy cafes, this colorful fabric usually displays flowers and peacocks. We chose to create a collection around this fabric as a tribute to Hanoi hidden charms and famous cozy cushions.

- Where do you deliver?
We deliver in all the world. We ship from our workshop i Hanoi to all the countries.
- How long will it take?
The average estimated arrival time of your Chula item is 15 working days for orders in standard size and 25 working days for custom designed sizes.
In the lucky situation that we have in your order already in our stock in our Hanoi shop you can received in just 5 working days
If you would like a Chula item sooner than this time frame, please contact us to make it express.
- How much it cots the shipping?
We normally apply Express delivery for shipping. Form Vietnam the average cost is around 60$ .
If you have friends visiting Vietnam soon, we really encourage you to ask them to bring back your order and save the money for the shipping.
- How will I know if my item is on its way?
When your Chula item is finished and ready to be delivered, an email will be sent to you informing on this process. This email will contain your tracking information for Express and Standard delivery, a link so you can follow your order in real time, and your bill.
Our return policy; Your satisfaction is Chula's first concern!
- What is your policy for return?
You can return the dress if you don't like it or is not the correct size, we will send you an address in your country to return.
We will resend in the right size in a express way.
If you are not a standard size don't worry you can still have your custom-made chula.
You just need to follow the steps of this video and fill the form with your measures
Once we receive you measures and we will ask you about the dresses that you like it and some pictures to double check.
Once you were agreed with the measures and your choose we will send you a link for the payment.
*Chula custom made service is 20% more -as average- than the normal chula dress but we will study your case and give you the best price possible.
